Case Management Week – Thank You!

On the last day of #CaseManagementWeek we wanted to say a Special Thank you to our very own Teisha Darko, Care Navigator here at Mont Marie Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. Teisha is responsible for helping to navigate and assist residents through each step in their journey of care. She is a graduate Buffalo State College where she studied chemistry and later graduated from Niagara Community College where she studied nursing. Teisha has over 15 years of nursing experience. Teisha is a proud mom to her six children and is a cheerleading coach for Ludlow Youth Cheerleading. She also enjoys giving trumpet lessons. Thank you Teisha for all that you do!
