Mayor Alex B. Morse Proclaims “Armand Charles Badone Day”

On January 8, 2018, we celebrated the 103rd birthday of Armand Charles Badone and witnessed as he was presented a certificate from Holyoke Mayor Alex B. Morse that proclaimed “Armand Charles Badone Day” in honor of his birthday.
